Beginner Iyengar Yoga

This course introduces the basic poses, principles of movement and posture, flexibility and balance, concentration and meditation in action. This class is perfect for every age, body type and fitness level. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable loose clothing to all classes.

No admission fee, however a donation is welcome and registration is required.
